Shipping policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on serathinan.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Order Processing and Shipping Flow

1. Once your order is received, a confirmation email with order details will be sent to you. You can track your order status via “Track Order Details.”

2. When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

3. Please refer to the shipping table below for estimated processing and delivery times.

（Orders with a total amount greater than or equal to $99 USD qualify for free shipping. Orders under $99 USD will be charged a flat shipping fee of $9.9 USD.）

Note:

• Delivery times exclude processing time, which is typically 1–2 business days.

• Customized or monogrammed orders require an additional 4 business days of processing.

• We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO).

• Please confirm your shipping address carefully before placing an order, as changes after shipment may incur extra fees.

Pre-Sale and Custom Orders

• Orders containing pre-sale items will be shipped only after all items are in stock. Split shipments are not supported.

• Monogramming adds 4 additional business days to the shipping time.

Customs and Import Duties

• Import duties and taxes are covered by serathinan.com. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

• If you are unexpectedly charged customs fees, please contact support@serathinan.com  with a copy of the receipt. After verification, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Additional Information

• Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, DHL, and others depending on destination.
