At serathinan, we’re committed to making your return experience smooth and stress-free. If you need any assistance along the way, our team is here to help — just reach out.

General Return Policy

  1. You must submit return requests within 30 days of receiving the item.
  2. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.Once the non-returnable tag is removed, we cannot guarantee that your item(s) can be returned or exchanged normally.
  3. If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or not the product you ordered, we will cover your return shipping fees for qualified returns once confirmed.
    We will also reimburse any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred.
  4. For all other returns not related to product defects or shipping errors, shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any associated duties, taxes, or brokerage charges.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will complete your refund within 7 business days.

How To Initiate A Return

  1. Request Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must first submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request through your order page or email us at support@serathinan.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  2. Prepare Your Return
    After receiving your RMA approval and instructions, prepare your return package. If you cannot print the RMA form, please include a note with the following information:

    • Order number

    • Email address

    • Reason for return

    • Any additional comments

  3. Ship the Item Back
    Please use a trackable and insured shipping method to avoid lost packages.

    After shipping, please upload the tracking number to your order page or email it to support@serathinan.com  to ensure timely processing.

Once your order has been shipped, we do not currently offer exchanges. You may return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
